To all of our customers,
As our communities take steps to manage the Coronavirus (COVID-19), we wanted to share with you what we are doing at FTC Oury Group LLC.
We value our commitment to the safety and well-being of our workers and customers. We will be continuing to monitor the situation. We will do our best to continue working as long as we are able to without endangering anyone. Luckily our focus is on the home’s exterior, so we are able to still allow those who want to stay in their homes to do so. Our office will continue to be open normal business hours until further notice. We will be revisiting guidelines with our workers to ensure they are properly sanitizing their equipment and upholding to correct handwashing procedures as recommended by the CDC.
For those who are more comfortable limiting contact with others, we have implemented with Chase an option to pay our company through their bill pay service. There are also options for wiring funds as well as using your own banks bill pay service to send the check as well. In addition, we do have a lockbox located outside the building for you to drop off any payments or paperwork. Please feel free to email anyone at our company if you have any questions/concerns.
